๐ How I Learn 10x Faster Using Just 5 Tools
You are consuming more than ever. But retaining almost nothing.
Think about it โ lectures, YouTube videos, articles, podcasts, reels... all going in. But a week later? Gone.
It's not your fault. Nobody teaches you how to learn. They just tell you to study more.
But here's the truth nobody talks about:
In the AI era, the person who has their knowledge organised wins.
Why? Because AI models like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini are incredibly powerful โ but they become 10x more useful when you already have your ideas, notes, and goals structured. The AI doesn't just answer โ it customises, adapts, and builds on your context.
๐ฏ The Core Rule
Chaotic notes = generic answers.
Organized knowledge = personalized intelligence.
This is the system I built. Five simple things. No complicated words. No productivity jargon. Just what actually works.
1. The Art of Note Making

Most people take notes to feel productive. Write the heading. Copy some lines. Close the book. Done.
That is not note making. That is note collecting.
Real note making is thinking on paper.
When you write a note, ask yourself one thing:
"If I forget this completely after 3 months, can I read this note and understand it from scratch?"
โ If yes โ that is a real note.
โ If no โ you just copied text.
Think about the last thing you studied. A week later, can you explain it with just looking at your notes? If not โ the notes failed you. Not because you did not study. Because you copied words instead of understanding them.
Write short. Write clear. Write like you are explaining it to a friend who was absent that day.
That one shift changes everything.
(And the best part โ you do not have to write these notes yourself. Keep reading.)
2. Markdown โ Stop Fighting Formatting, Start Thinking

Most people write notes in Word documents or random apps. The problem? Half the time goes into making it look decent โ fonts, spacing, colours, alignment.
Markdown fixes this completely.
A Markdown file (.md) uses simple symbols to create beautiful structure:
- A
#becomes a big heading - A
-becomes a bullet point **bold**becomes bold- A
|creates a table
You write fast. The tool handles how it looks.
The result? Clean, readable, professional notes โ with zero effort on formatting.
The real magic: Markdown works everywhere. VS Code, Obsidian, GitHub, Notion โ your notes are never locked to one app. It is just plain text. It will work 10 years from now.
Most students waste time making notes look good. Markdown makes them look good automatically โ so you can focus on making them mean something.
(You will not even have to write the markdown yourself. The system does it for you. More on that soon.)
3. Obsidian โ Your Second Brain

This is the tool that changed how I think.
Obsidian is not a notes app. It is a knowledge network.
Here is the problem with normal notes: every note is alone. It just sits there. No connection to anything else.
But your brain does not work like that. Your brain learns through connections. A machine learning concept connects to a project you built. A finance concept connects to a business idea. A coding pattern connects to an interview question.
Obsidian lets you build those connections by simply linking notes together โ [[like this]].
Over time, your notes stop being a list of files. They become a personal Wikipedia โ your own second brain.
Your Knowledge Graph
โโโ DSA Notes โโโโโโโโโโโโ Real Projects
โโโ System Design โโโโโโโโ Database Concepts
โโโ AI / ML โโโโโโโโโโโโโโ Hackathon Ideas
Every new note you add strengthens the network. Every link you make deepens your understanding.
And when you plug this into an AI? The AI does not just give generic answers โ it builds on your structure, your context, your knowledge.
That is the compounding effect of an organised second brain.
(The linking, the structuring, the organising โ you will not have to do any of it manually. The system handles all of it. You will see exactly how.)
4. Notion โ From Planning to Execution

You had a plan last night. You were excited. You said โ "Tomorrow I will start. For real this time."
Tomorrow came. You woke up. Made your coffee. Sat down.
And then โ what was it? Something you had decided. Something important. What was it again?
Gone. Just like that.
This is not a you problem. This happens to everyone. You planned in your head โ and your head did not save it.
Your brain is a thinking machine, not a storage machine. When you store goals, tasks, habits, and deadlines inside it โ it gets overloaded. You feel anxious. You forget. You keep saying "tomorrow" because today never feels organised enough to start.
Notion fixes this by doing one simple thing โ it takes everything out of your head and puts it somewhere you can see it.
When your goal is written down, tomorrow has no excuses. You open Notion. You see exactly what you decided. You do it. No "what should I work on today?" No "let me think about my priorities." Just โ open, read, execute.
What happens when you use Notion:
- โ Goals are visible โ no more forgotten plans
- โ Tasks pick themselves โ no decision fatigue
- โ Progress is trackable โ real confidence
- โ Everything is one place โ one system to rule them all
The person who writes their plan down always beats the person who keeps it in their head. Every single time.
My Notion Execution Hub โ Available Now
I built this entire system as a ready-to-use template โ called the Execution Hub.
No setup needed. Just open it, duplicate it, and start.
5. AI Agents โ Let the Machine Build Your Notes

This is where everything changes.
Remember all those hints?
"You do not have to write the notes yourself." "You will not even have to write the markdown yourself." "You will not have to do any of the linking manually."
Here is what we were talking about.
With an AI Agent โ here is what you no longer have to do:
- โ No need to write structured notes yourself
- โ No need to write a single line of Markdown code
- โ No need to manually connect your Obsidian notes together
The AI Agent does all of it for you.
๐ The Process
- Open your AI agent
- Point it to your vault folder
- Describe what you need
- Watch it build
Simply open your AI coding agent. Give it your Obsidian vault folder. Tell it what you need โ a note on a topic, connections between ideas, a study plan. The AI Agent reads your structure, understands your system, and does everything else. Create files, format them, link them, save them. You describe. It builds.
Imagine this: You watch a YouTube video on a topic. You do not take any notes. You do not type a single word.
But the next morning, you open Obsidian โ and the note is already there. Structured. Formatted. Linked to your existing notes. With a summary, key concepts, a table, and a practice drill at the bottom.
You did not type a single word. The AI agent did everything.
That is what an AI agent like AntiGravity actually does. It does not just answer questions โ it acts. It reads your vault, understands your structure, creates files, links them, and saves them โ exactly where they belong.
Here is what this looks like in practice:
"I just watched a video on [topic]. Here is the transcript {Transcript}.
Convert this into a structured revision note in Obsidian markdown.
Keep it short. Use callouts for tips and warnings.
Link to related notes where relevant."
"Create a note on [topic] in my Obsidian vault.
Include a summary, key concepts, a comparison table,
and a practice drill with foldable solutions."
"Look at my existing note on [topic A].
Now create a connected note on [topic B]
and link them together."
One prompt. Full note. Zero effort.
The AI does not think for you. You still learn, still understand, still ask the right questions. But everything else โ the formatting, the structuring, the saving, the linking โ the agent handles it.
That is not just productivity. That is a completely different way of building knowledge.
The Complete Picture
| Tool | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Note Making | Turns passive reading into active understanding |
| Markdown | Clean, structured, portable notes with zero formatting effort |
| Obsidian | Connects your knowledge into a personal second brain |
| Notion | Turns your goals into daily, trackable execution |
| AI Agents | Builds and organises your notes automatically |
One without the others is useful. All five together is a system.
And once you have a system, you stop depending on motivation. You just follow the process.
๐ก The Real Shift
Stop collecting random information.
Build your knowledge system.
It changes everything.
