DSA Mastery — The Ultimate Structured Roadmap

    Important

Don't let a break ruin your progress. How many times have you started learning DSA, only for a small break to ruin weeks of hard work, forcing you to start all over again? This happens to almost everyone.

My friend and I faced this exact cycle repeatedly. After trying multiple approaches, we realized the problem wasn't the lack of tutorials — it was the lack of structure. We designed this repository to solve that. We aren't here to teach you basic theory from scratch; we are here to provide the exact structure and quick-reference notes so that your knowledge stays with you forever.

    🛑 Essential Prerequisite

Before jumping into the roadmap, there is one crucial step you must take. You need to master the skill of how to learn and how to manage your notes. Effective note-making and consistency are the foundation that makes this entire DSA structure work.

Read this first! Do not start coding yet. Take a moment to read our guide: 📄 How I Learn 10x Faster Using Just 5 Tools

This guide covers note-making, consistency, and cognitive structures. We strongly recommend reading it multiple times until it is completely clear, or researching these learning systems online. It is extremely important for anyone trying to lock in knowledge long-term.

    🗺️ The 3-Phase Mastery Plan

To master DSA without feeling overwhelmed, you need to progress sequentially through three distinct phases.

    🟢 Phase 1: Language & Basics

Before jumping into complex trees and graphs, you must master your tool.

    1. Learn Your Programming Language: Choose your weapon (Python, Java, C++, or C) and master the syntax and built-in standard structures needed specifically for DSA.
    2. Solve Basic Problems (Phase 1b): Practice arrays, math helper functions, type parsing, and basic loops to build muscle memory. (🔒 Releasing Soon)

👉 Start Phase 1: Choose Your Language

🔵 Phase 2: DSA Concepts (🚀 Releasing Soon)

Learn the core data structures and algorithm paradigms.

    1. Structures: LinkedLists, Stacks, Queues, Hash Tables, Binary Trees, BSTs, Heaps, and Graphs.
    2. Algorithms: Recursion, Binary Search, Sorting, Sliding Window, BFS/DFS, Backtracking, and Dynamic Programming.
    3. Focus on understanding how they work, internal implementation, and space/time complexities.

🟡 Phase 3: DSA Problem Notes (🔒 Releasing Soon)

    The interview preparation engine.

    1. Curated Sheet: A handpicked list of important, high-frequency interview problems covering all patterns (LeetCode / competitive programming).
    2. Techniques & Optimization: Learn to recognize structural patterns (e.g., Two-Pointers, Fast/Slow Pointers, Monotonic Stacks, DP state transitions).
